Clean and chop up all the veggies. Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add the Haringhata® Chicken (marinated with salt and pepper) and sprinkle few chopped ginger and garlic. Stir the chicken for 2mins. Add the onions, carrots and all the other veggies to the same preheated pressure cooker, and cook stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes. Add potatoes, sweet potatoes, red pepper to it. Mix well to combine. Add 3 cups of water and close the lid of the cooker and allow it to give 3-4 whistles. Let it set for 5mins. Now, to get the creamy white texture, take 1tb spoon of flour to half cup milk and add the mixture to the stew. Also add 1tb spoon of butter and boil for 2min. This will make the stew thicker and creamy. Your White Chicken Stew is now ready to be served.
