Prepare the stuffing by taking chicken, capsicum, tomato, oregano, feta and cheddar in a bowl. Divide the chicken mixture between 2 breads and place them on a flat surface. Top with remaining bread rounds. Transfer them on a griddle pan or simple pan and toast in very low flame. Flip over when when side is done. Toast it for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese melts and the filling is heated through. Cut into quarters and your quick work lunch is ready.
