  •  Mobile No [Important: In working condition]

  •  Valid Email-ID

Scan Copies (JPEG/JPG/PNG/PDF):

  •  Trade License (Size Max 500 KB)

  •  Picture of Property (Size Max 500 KB)

  •  PAN Card (Size Max 500 KB)

  •  Voter/ Aadhaar Card (Size Max 500 KB)

  •  FSSAI License (if applicable) (Size Max 500 KB)

  •  Signature (Max 500 KB)

Important:

1. Your User ID will be your Mobile Number. All future communication will be made on this mobile no.

2. Same mobile no cannot be used more than once to apply for new dealership.

3. The incomplete applications can be completed by using “Log in” with mobile no.
