Tear or cut the bread slices and brush some olive oil on them and season with some sea salt crystals. Toast them in low flame for 8-10 mins. Take the chicken breasts and season them with olive oil. Heat a pan for 1 min and lay the chicken on the pan. Turn the chicken and cook it well till the juices run clear. Crush the garlic, grate a handful of parmesan cheese and mix them with the yoghurt, lemon juice, mustard and black pepper. Tear the lettuce into large pieces and put in a large bowl, add the chicken and the dressing along with the bread pieces. Mix all the ingredients and sprinkle the parmesan on top and serve straight away.
