Product Description-+

Pork chops are made from cutting the ribs portion of the carcass. It is becoming very much popular day by day because it contains all the meat, fat and bone in proportionate ratio and it is extremely tasty and savory also. Among the all cut up parts, pork chop has highest demand among the consumers.

Cooking Instruction-+
  • Take out the product from freezer (-18oC) and keep overnight in refrigerator (0-4oC). For immediate consumption also, you must wait for at least 1 hour keeping the product in a water filled container and dip the packet within it. Change the water frequently under the running tap water.
  • After proper thawing, marinade the chops well with lemon juice, vinegar, salt to taste, turmeric powder, black pepper, sauce etc as per preference and keep for another 30 mins.
  • You may pan fry the pork chops in a preheated oven (160oC) for 2-3 mins for first side and then flip the chop and fry another side for 1-2 mins or till golden brown color appear.
  • You may bake the product in a preheated oven (190oC) for 30 mins.
  • Let the product cool for 4-5 mins before serving.
