The unique Pekin duck meat contains much more fat than other species meat but the interesting point to note is that the maximum fat content of the meat is not absorbed in human body rather than it is excreted out as such, due to its low melting point(14oC).
? Just like conventional method of cooking chicken meat, except do not expose to high temperature for a long time as the fat may be melted out, rather cook for long time in lower temperature.
