Pork Salami

One of the most popular smoked items from cured pork meat emulsion with Indian spices filled in a broader casing and boiled in hot water at 90oC for 15-20 mins. The outer cover then peeled off and Salami is obtained by cutting it into measured pieces.

Cooking Instructions:-

  • a) Being a precooked product, it needs no further cooking or boiling.

  • b) Just pan fry with little oil or heat in a microwave oven and serve warm with salad to your guests.

  • c) Also you may place a piece of salami in between sandwich and taste the delicacy.
